About
Vidyaan is where an engineering student prepares for campus placements: mock tests that are a different paper every time, proctored practice, AI interview practice that asks real follow-ups, and coding rounds in the browser. It is free to register.
Colleges run their placement training on the same platform. A student already practising on Vidyaan joins their college's batch with a code; from then on their trainers see their progress alongside live classes, assignments and per-batch analytics. One system for the whole loop, rather than a video call, a spreadsheet and a quiz tool that never talk to each other.
Most placement preparation is a static PDF of last year's questions and a slide deck. A student can memorise the paper and learn nothing about the format, the timing or the interview. And on the college side, sessions happen but almost nothing about them is measured: who was engaged, which topics a batch is weak on, which students are drifting toward the wrong side of the cutoff.
Vidyaan starts from the opposite assumption: the practice should be generated fresh and timed like the real thing, and the class is worth measuring while it happens. Templated question generation, engagement-weighted attendance, topic-level accuracy and result history come out of normal use, with no extra data entry.
Founder statement placeholder: I started Vidyaan after watching aptitude sessions run on attendance sheets and slide decks that no one could measure. Replace this paragraph with your own words on why you are building this and what you want it to change.
Vidyaan is built in Pune, India, by a small team working closely with the engineering students and training & placement cells it is designed for.
